Deposit & Payment

• 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
• We accept all major cards via secure payment link, plus ACH/bank transfer for fleet accounts.
• Fleet accounts (3+ vehicles): Net-15 terms available upon approval.
• Written quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
• Final pricing is based on the aircraft or coach’s condition, location, and scope of work; listed prices are starting estimates.

Cancellation Policy

• 48+ hours notice: full deposit refund.
• 24–48 hours notice: 50% of deposit retained.
• Less than 24 hours: deposit is non-refundable.
• No-shows: full deposit forfeited.

Privacy Policy

ClearFlight Detailing LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit a booking or quote request, we collect the information you provide — name, email, phone, aircraft or coach details, service location, and any notes. If you contact us by phone or email, we keep that correspondence.

How we use it

Only to respond to your request, schedule and perform services, send confirmations, invoices and service updates, and — if you opt in — occasional follow-ups. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it except with service providers who help us operate (for example, scheduling, email delivery, and payment processing) under confidentiality obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or opt out of follow-up messages, at any time by emailing support@clearflightdetailing.com. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Terms of Service

Services

ClearFlight Detailing LLC provides detailing services for aircraft, helicopters, motor coaches, and related vehicles. Work is performed to our documented technical standards. A booking is confirmed once a deposit is received and an appointment is scheduled.

Access & condition

The client is responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the aircraft or vehicle at the agreed location and time. Final pricing may be adjusted if on-site conditions, size, or scope differ materially from what was described at booking; any change is communicated before additional work proceeds.

Liability

ClearFlight carries Commercial General Liability and Aircraft Hangarkeepers coverage. Our work follows FAA-aligned and OEM-referenced practices. ClearFlight is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or wear, which we document before work begins where applicable.

Satisfaction

If any part of a completed detail does not meet the standard described, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
